  Vinita Chandra Mody advises Otera Health on clinical direction. She is the founder of Stroma Physical Therapy in New York City, where she has treated patients for nearly two decades, and of Stroma University, which trains clinicians in her methods. Vinita serves as a Master Clinician for NYU's Doctor of Physical Therapy program, sits on the advisory board of the Hospital for Special Surgery Rehab Network and is active in the leadership committee of the APTA New York chapter. Her work has been featured by TEDx, Glamour and NBC.

  Whitney Hadden

  Clinical Advisor

  Whitney Hadden advises Otera Health on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. She is a physical therapist at Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS). Prior to HSS, Whitney was an advanced orthopedic specialist at Stroma Physical Therapy in New York City, where she treated athletes of all ages, active adults returning to sport, and women during pregnancy and postpartum. She completed her orthopedic physical therapy residency through HSS, is a board-certified orthopedic clinical specialist (OCS) and is a member of the U.S. Ski Team physical therapy pool. Whitney raced Division I alpine skiing at Bates College and holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Northeastern University.

  Dominic Reed

  M&A and Operations Advisor

  Dominic Reed advises Otera Health on acquisitions, partnerships and operations. He is an Operations Partner at EastPeak Invest, where he leads direct and GP-led secondary investments in mid-market businesses across Central and Eastern Europe, a market he has worked in since 1997. Prior to EastPeak, Dominic spent fifteen years as a Partner at UFG Asset Management, where he ran the private equity business and led two funds totalling $429 million, with over $100 million in co-investment, across telecoms infrastructure, consumer, media and pharmaceuticals. Before private equity he held corporate development and operating leadership roles at Metromedia International and NYNEX CableComms, building cable and broadband platforms across the UK, Eastern Europe and the CIS. His board roles have included Karo Film, OBL Pharm and GRP Energy. Dominic holds an MA from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from London Business School.

  Paul Heth advises Otera Health on growth, brand and partnerships. He is an entrepreneur and investor with more than two decades of senior operating experience in the international cinema and media industry. Paul led the Karo Group as Chairman and CEO after a consortium he headed, together with Baring Vostok and UFG Private Equity, acquired the company in 2012, and grew it into one of the largest cinema chains in Eastern Europe.
